My biggest takeaways:

🔑      Open rate is great, however it doesn’t guarantee sales

🔑      Educate your team on what success means to you

🔑      The pain of staying where you are has to be greater than the pain of change

🔑      It’s not enough to just do marketing, you need to understand what’s working
